Vorrei ringraziare Kimi Kobashi, una gentilissima ragazza che attualmente abita in California sì è recata a vedere l'esposizione degli sketchbook, legati al progetto Sketchbook Project e ha fatto un post sul suo blog in cui ha citato e messo le foto anche del mio sketchbook.

I would like to thank Kimi Kobashi, a very kind girl who currently resides in California went to see the exhibition of sketchbooks, related to Sketchbook Project and did a post on his blog in which he quoted and put photos of my sketchbook too.

Ho partecipato al concorso "desenha a tua sardinha" nell'ambito della Festa di Lisbona, le mie due sardine sono state selezionate tra le prime 300.
Ora parteciperanno ad una mostra dal 3 al 30 di giugno alla Fundação Millennium bcp - Núcleo Arqueológico (NARC) | Rua Augusta a Lisbona.

I participated in the contest "desenha a tua sardinha" in the festival in Lisbon, my two sardines were selected among the top 300. 
Now sardines will participate in an exhibition 3-30 June to Fundação Millennium bcp - Núcleo Arqueológico (NARC) | Rua Augusta in Lisbon.

A sardinha faz parte da história de Lisboa. Já entre o século I e V d.C. as fábricas de
Olisipo produziam valiosas conservas de peixe com especiarias cuja composição
apresentava pelo menos 90% de sardinha, exportadas para todo o império Romano em
ânforas de cerâmica. Em conjunto com o Núcleo Arqueológico da Fundação Millennium
bcp (NARC) onde se podem visitar 2500 anos da história da cidade, reúne-se agora uma
selecção de 300 representações de sardinhas de um total de 2080 que participaram no
Concurso Sardinhas Festas de Lisboa'11, lançado no âmbito das festas da cidade pela
EGEAC. Ao público, foi assim aberto o desafio de participar na imagem das Festas de
Lisboa’11, que têm desde 2003 a sardinha como ícone máximo. A notoriedade alcançada
permitiu que as sardinhas pudessem ser objecto de re-interpretação. Primeiro, em 2009 e 2010, por ilustradores, designers e artistas plásticos convidados e, este ano, finalmente, em democracia absoluta e ao alcance de qualquer um!
